Hi everyone!

Please read closely if you are coming to the BBQ/Food Fest at the pool on Saturday.

1) We are going to have a very full house on Saturday! There will not be enough chairs at the pool. If you would like a guarantee of a chair, please consider bringing your own.

2) Please, NO GLASS DISHES AT THE POOL!!! Bring your appetizer or dessert in a non-breakable dish/container. This is extremely important! Last year the pool had to be closed for several days due to broken glass.

3) If your appetizer or dessert requires a serving utensil of some sort, please bring your own. We will not be providing any serving utensils.

4) The event will be held rain or shine.

This is a reminder of the BBQ event; RSVPs, which determine how much food to order, are needed by this Friday (August 20).

The Brookstone Social Committee is proud to announce that the 2nd annual Brookstone BBQ (and other) Food Festival will be held at the Brookstone Community Pool on Saturday, August 28th, from 5PM to 7PM.

The Social Committee will supply:

• Main Course – pulled pork, smoked chicken and veggie burgers
• Sides – potato salad, coleslaw and mac & cheese

We need you (each family that attends) to bring an appetizer or dessert.

Important: We need each family to RSVP to ensure we can adequately plan for the main course dishes.
